All returned parts must be in their original packaging and be resalable. No refund on installed parts. The shipping costs for parts accepted for return are the responsibility of the customer and 20% restocking fees may be applicable. Parts are warranted by the manufacturer for 90 days from the date of invoice. The parts under warranty will be replaced, not credited. Electro Parts will be responsible for the replacement reshipment, the customer is responsible for the defective part return charge. Special orders for parts that are not in this shop are not refundable, but are subject to the regular warranty policy.
